What does each result mean?

An explanation of what each of the results of an AML/IDV check means.

There are four check results: FAILED, AWAITING, PASSED, and CONSIDER.

IDVAMLFAILED means the individual didn't meet the criteria. You'll need to discuss this with your client, and the report will explain why it failed.

AWAITING means the client hasn't completed their part of the check.

PASSED means the check was successful.

CONSIDER indicates that you may need to clarify some information, either by talking to the client or through manual intervention.

You can see overall check results using the graph at the top of the page, and the results of a single check by scrolling down and looking at the column on the right-hand side where you can view checks that have been sent out.
