Geoff Charlwood - Operations Manager
Geoff joined Red Flag Alert In March 2012 and is responsible for the day to day running of the business; in addition he has full responsibility for the management of Customer Support, Credit Control and Account Management. In his time prior to Red Flag Alert, Geoff has held senior posts within the sales division of a major Loan Brokerage within the Financial Services Industry.
Richard West - Sales Operations Manager
Richard joined Red Flag Alert in February 2013 and is responsible for the national sales & customer acquisitions teams. In his time prior to RFA Richard was the National Sales Manager Group Digital for a national newspaper PLC based in London. Richard also spent 4 years in Asia Pacific where he held two senior sales management roles for IBM Marketing Cloud & GDS International. Both of these roles were to help both businesses to set up and establish a sales presence in the APAC region..
Mark Halstead – Partner
Mark joined Begbies Traynor in 2004, and launched the 1st version of Red Flag Alert. RFA rapidly became successful within the UK Accountancy, Banking and Law communities. In 2009 we it was decided that Red Flag Alert should be made accessible to all UK businesses. Mark has overseen RFA from an internal system to a business solution for businesses across the UK from high street banks to small businesses.
